By accessing or using the website vnsis.com (the "Site") and any services provided by VNSIS Technologies Limited (RC: 9316302) ("VNSIS", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

VNSIS Technologies provides business technology services, including software and product engineering, infrastructure, integration, security and technical leadership. The Site also provides information about HealthOS and Argus. Product and service descriptions are for general information and do not promise a particular feature, integration, availability or outcome. Discovery and Diagnostic submissions are enquiries, not agreements to provide work. The content on this Site does not constitute a binding offer to provide services; an engagement begins only under a written Statement of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreement (MSA), or other signed agreement. Third-party booking links and services are subject to their providers' own terms. We engage exclusively with corporate entities and registered organizations. We do not provide services to individuals acting in a personal capacity.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Limited License: You may access and view the content on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business evaluation purposes only.
