I founded VNSIS because I kept watching Nigerian enterprises collapse under the weight of software they couldn't audit, infrastructure they didn't own, and vendor relationships that held their data hostage. The problem was never a lack of ambition — it was a lack of technical infrastructure built to the correct standard from day one.
Every engagement begins with a single question: what is the operational bottleneck actively costing this organisation money or exposure? Not what feature they want — what problem are they actually paying for? That distinction determines the architecture, the stack decisions, the security posture, and the delivery model.
